There is a very clever website that we use to actually understand what our potential customers might be asking about our products and services.

I entered the term “last mile” and was shocked that there had been the following;

  1. Fifty six questions entered into a browser concerning last mile
  2. Forty eight prepositions
  3. Twenty Nine comparisons
  4. Two hundred and Nine searches

Whilst the above does not sound a lot, the data itself got me thinking about how start up companies like ourselves, operating in a niche sector actually explain what we do?

So my aim is to publish a set of articles to help people and companies understand why this market is important and how it can have a positive impact
